One thing I’ve learned about jaw surgery so far is if your oral surgeon doesn’t know to prescribe you gravol to go with your pain killers you will: not eat much all day, wake up at 2am feeling violently nauseous, spent the next 4 hours pacing and breathing hard trying not to puke, get down 1/2 a gravol, try to sleep and instead feel like you’re losing your mind cause being dehydrated, on painkillers, and not having a full nights sleep in days means you have vivid dreams and keep jolting awake feeling weird, finally throw up stomach bile, go to the emergency room, and get hooked up to an IV for a few hours to get liquids back in your body, go home and finally sleep.
